Create Your command List

We use many commend many time for various work. If all command have one place then? So don't worry quickly create your portable command list.

1. To Desktop click right button on your Mouse button--> New-->Shortcut.

2. Then 'Type the location of the item:' this option write below line,

hh.exe ms-its:C:\WINDOWS\Help\ntcmds.chm::/ntcmds.htm

3. Then click 'Next' And give Name of this file 'Command List'. Finish

So now created your all command list. Try that it is very important and Interesting also.

Increase your Start Menu

By Windows XP register editing we can customized our 'Start Menu' speed. For that Go,

1. Run and write 'regedit'-->Enter.

2. HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Control Panel -> Desktop

3. Then right panel have 'MenuShowDelay' double click there.

4. And give value data '1' by change '400' then press ok.

Now see your start menu will be work quickly.

To First Your Computer

Small tips for all over. Without any software you can fast your PC. To do this work you need time only 2 minute. This is mainly RAM tuick. By this work we can change RAM page file. For that RAM space will be some gap and speed will be something increase. Mind it this process is not for one time. When you see your PC is slow then you should be do this work. So we can see now how to do this work.

1. At first open a blank Notepad.

2. Then write below Code.

MYSTRING=(80000000)

3. Now save this file.

4. Save as type: Select All files.

5. File name will be: 'ram.vbe' then save it on your Desktop.

6. Then double click that file.

Then see your computer will be some first from before.

If your RAM less the 128MB then write,

MYSTRING=(160000000)

Change your Drive Icon!

Normally we can not change my computer icon. But if you follow this procedure then you can change you drive icon.

1. At first which drive icon you want to change, create a icon file in that drive .
(Suppose Sojib.ico)

2. Now open notepad and write ,

[Autorun]
icon=Sojib.ico

3. Now save the 'notepad' file by this format=(Autorun.inf)

4. And keep it which drive 'icon' you want to change.

5. Then Restart your PC.

Clean your Run command History

1. At first open run commend by using 'windows key + R'
2. Then write 'regedit' Registry editor will be open. Then GO..
3. HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Current Version -> Explorer -> Run MRU
3. Then see right panel and select which name you want to delete. Then click right button and delete.
4. Close 'registry editor' and 'restart' your PC.

Add any Program with Run menu!

If anybody want to add Favorite program run menu then he/ she can do this.

1. Select program and copy 'shortcut key' of this program. (Example : your Desktop have a winamp icon now 'copy' this icon)
2. Now paste it 'C:\Windows'. You can rename it if you want (example: wamp)
3. Now paste your program then press Enter. (Example: wamp then Enter).
Winamp will be run. Enjoy it.

Control any drive access!

1.Start > Run-->regedit-->HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

2. Right side a 'Explorer' panale will be open by name 'NoViewOnDrive'. Here create a new 'DWORD' value (REG_DWORD) and to open double click here.

4. Restart your PC. Now you can see your all drive have same position but when you access then here will show a error massage. Now put the value with below rule.

3. If you want to control your all drive then put this 'Decimal' value '67108863'.

4. If you want to control any specific drive then put the specific value.
Example: 'A' for '1', 'B' for '2', 'C' for '4', D for '8', E for '16'. By this way drive letter value will be double. And at last for 'Z' drive value will be '33554432'.

5. If you want to control two or more drive then you should be Add drive value.
Example: 'D' drive value '8' and 'G' drive value is '64' and there adding result is '72' NoDrives will be keep.

System Has Recovered from a Serious Error!

1. My Computer (right click)--> Properties-->(run) System Properties
2. Advanced-->Performance -->Settings-->Performance Options
3. Advanced --> Virtual Memory-->Change-->Virtual Memory
৪. Paging file size -->No Paging File-->(select) Set --> OK -> OK -> OK . Then restart PC.
৫.Again 1. and 4. (under)- ->system Managed Size-->Set-->OK -> OK -> OK. then restart.

Mini Tips to see how long your PC is running!

১. Start Menu -> Run --> cmd
২. Commend promote write "net statistics workstation"
৩. You can see like this massage "Statistics since 4/15/2009 8:43 AM".

By this massage you can understand how long your PC is running.

Without any software you can hide your Folder

1. Create a new Folder on the Desktop.
2. Rename it with hold "ALT " and type "0160". See there is a no Folder here.
3. Then select "Folder"--> Right Button Click -->Properties > Customize > Change Icon > Blank Item Select as like "Picture" .
4. Your work is done. Now anybody can not see this folder. You no need to hide it. Just simple work.

You can see google search with 2/3 column!

1.If you use Mozilla Firefox then you install add-Ons from addons.mozilla.org.

2.Then restart your browser and go this link userscripts.org and install the script. then restart.

Now you can see google search result with two column

Then if you want to see one column base then press alt+1, like alt+1, alt+2 press to increase your column.

To Fast Your start menu!

1. Start--> regedit-->HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Control Panel/Desktop/MenuShowDelay
2. MenuShowDelay have normally '400' you will rename it by '0'(Zero).
3. Close Registry Editor and enjoy Start Menu.

Low Disk Space Check!

1. Start-->Run-->regedit-HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Microsoft -> Windows -> CurrentVersion -> Policies -> Explorer
2. Right pan right side click New-->"Dword Value" select and rename it by "NoLowDiskSpaceChecks"
3.Double click "NoLowDiskSpaceChecks" and give value '1' then press "ok"

Then restart your PC. Windows "Low Disk Space Check" Notify will be close.

Error Reporting Disable

When we press hang application "End Task" then this massage show on the screen. Which is not expected. For remove this problem,

Right click "My computer"--> Propertise-->Advanced-->Error Reporting-->Disable Error Reporting-->Ok.

Remove TIR Icon from Shortcut Key!

1. Start-->Run--> REGEDIT-->open "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile"-->Delete "IsShortcut" value string from right sidebar.
2. Again Start-->Run--> REGEDIT-->open "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\piffile"-->Delete "IsShortcut" value string from right sidebar.

Now see "mainicon" and "shortcut key icon" will be look same.

Shut Down short key on Desktop

1. At first right click on desktop free place then click "New->Shortcut"
2.write shutdown-s-t 0 then Next
3.A shutdown shortcut key will make.
4.Right click "shutdown shortcut key"->Then click "Properties"
5.Click "change icon"
6."Ok" choose Icon then press "Ok"
7. Now run shutdown Shortcut key but before close your all important file.

See your Computer system Information!

1. Start Ment-->Run->Type "cmd"->Press "Enter"
2.Now write with DOS promote "Systeminfo"--> Press "Enter"

Now you can see your Hardware and Software Full information on the DOS screen.

File will be safe without using software!!

Suppose your folder have "D:\E-Books" By name "Mumayun Ahmed" by using this way you can see your folder as a Recycle Bin style.

To protect->Now rename you folder by name
"Humayun Ahmed.{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}". Finish. Now protect your folder.

To unprotected-> simply write "REN Humayun Ahmed.{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} Humayun Ahmed" see your folder will be back previous position.

Change Internet Explorer Logo!

If we wish then we can change "Internet Explorer Logo". For this at first we should be find out "22*22 dimension" and 1"6Bit format icon (*.ico)". Now set this icon Internet Explorer we should be edit "Registry Editor".

1.Start->Run->REGEDIT->HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar->Click right side and make a "New string value" by name "SmBrandBitmap".

2.Then open it and valu will be path (Exe.D:\Toha Icon\New Logo.ico) and Enter.
3. Now close "Registry Editor" and after then change will be "Internet Explorer" icon.
