Who is using Internet he want that his will have a Website. But he can not do because he don't now .Net, .php, html, Java. Again for domain/ hosting we can not give enough time. For there Blogspot is a very help full site. If you have gmail account then you can easily create a FREE personal website. Like My website visit. It is totally 'Free' for that it have a some restriction. But who knows 'java, HTML' he can better devolve it.
